Position: Regional Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Regional Operations Manager to oversee the operations of all our salon and spa branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining service quality, developing branch managers, and achieving company-wide business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of all branches.

• Drive revenue growth and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.

• Monitor branch-wise KPIs, profitability, and business performance.

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate Branch Managers and their teams.

• Conduct regular branch visits to ensure SOP compliance and service consistency.

• Improve customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concerns.

• Ensure high standards of hygiene, grooming, customer service, and operational discipline across all locations.

• Monitor staffing requirements, recruitment, training, and employee retention.

• Review daily sales reports, expenses, inventory, and operational performance.

• Implement strategies to increase customer retention, memberships, and package sales.

• Coordinate with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Procurement teams for smooth business operations.

• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-branch operations management.

• Experience in the Salon, Spa, Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, or Service industry is preferred.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Proven ability to drive sales and improve operational efficiency.

• Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.

• Willingness to travel regularly between branches.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000– ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
