Operation Executive

We are looking for Operations Executive to join our team at Kaspar Technologies. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, to manage day-to-day business activities, coordination, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Job Description:

• Coordinate daily business operations and logistics.

• Maintain and update product catalogues on digital platforms (like IndiaMart/E-commerce and our website).

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.

• Handle basic customer inquiries and order processing.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on operational progress.

• Manage day-to-day business activities, coordination, and ensure smooth workflow.

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.

• Present and promote products or services to prospective customers.
  
  Requirements:

  • Graduate or Diploma in Btech (Electrical Engineering)

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English).

  • Prior experience in operations or back-office is a plus.
