• Onboard beauticians onto the Naturals @Home platform
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and coordination
• Handle queries, follow-ups, and escalations efficiently
• Work closely with cross-functional teams
• Analyze performance metrics and support operations with insights
• Maintain reports and work with data
• Stay proactive, flexible, and eager to learn

🎯 Skills Required:
• Strong communication skills
• Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada (additional languages are a plus)
• Sharp, energetic, and a hustler mindset
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and data handling
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
