We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive to manage daily travel operations, coordinate bookings, and ensure smooth execution of travel packages.

📍 Location: Equinox Business Tower, Irrigation Colony, Dehradun

⏰ Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

💰 Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Fixed Salary, depending on interview)

🗓️ Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily travel operations and booking activities.

• Coordinate hotel, transportation, and other travel arrangements.

• Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.

• Coordinate with travel consultants, vendors, hotels, and transport providers.

• Prepare itineraries, booking confirmations, vouchers, and travel documents.

• Ensure smooth execution of travel packages, including domestic and pilgrimage tours.

• Track bookings, payments, and operational schedules.

• Resolve customer issues and handle last-minute changes efficiently.

Requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in travel and tourism operations will be preferred.
