Operation Executive

About the Role

Brand Miz is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive Intern who will assist in managing daily operational tasks, client coordination, and project updates. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain practical experience in business operations, client communication, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating invoices for clients.

• Share invoices via email and maintain proper records.

• Help in preparing contracts and agreements for clients.

• Send payment reminders to clients when required.

• Maintain and update project progress reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding project updates.

• Assist in managing communication between departments.

• Maintain organized documentation of client and project information.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and email communication.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

Eligibility

• Students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
