Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Online Silver Jewelry Sales Specialist to manage and grow our sales on e-commerce platforms like eBay, Walmart, Amazon etc. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in online sales, customer service, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on eBay, Walmart, Amazon, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.

• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and order fulfillment to ensure excellent customer service.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, including promotions, SEO, and PPC campaigns.

• Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, and competitor activity.

• Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify improvement areas.

• Work closely with the marketing team to enhance product visibility and brand presence.

Requirements:

• Experience in selling silver jewelry on e-commerce platforms.

• Proficiency in managing eBay, Amazon, and Shopify seller accounts.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC advertising, and digital marketing strategies.

• Ability to create compelling product descriptions and images to enhance sales.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
