Job Title: Online Business Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Online Business Executive to support business development and customer engagement activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling online inquiries, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Coordinate with clients and provide information about products/services.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Support business development and sales activities.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
