Position: Business Development Executive – Mutual Fund Sales (B2B)

Experience: 2–3 Years

CTC: ₹5 LPA – ₹7 LPA

Locations: Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Kolkata

## About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our Mutual Fund distribution network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), building strong business relationships, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

## Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) in the assigned region.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to drive business growth.

• Promote the company's mutual fund offerings and investment solutions.

• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and product presentations for distributors.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Monitor distributor performance and provide ongoing business support.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely resolution of distributor queries.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare periodic MIS reports.

## Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales within the Mutual Fund, Wealth Management, AMC, Financial Services, or BFSI industry.

• Proven experience in recruiting and managing Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs).

• Good understanding of mutual fund products and the financial services ecosystem.

• Strong networking, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

## Preferred Skills

• Existing network of Mutual Fund Distributors will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of SEBI/AMFI guidelines and the mutual fund industry.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
