Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Mutual Fund Servicing Executive to handle day-to-day operations, client servicing, and backend support related to mutual fund investments. Both freshers and experienced candidates with strong computer skills are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling mutual fund transactions such as purchases, redemptions, SIP registrations, switches, etc.

• Managing client portfolios and updating records regularly

• Coordinating with AMCs, RTAs (CAMS/KFintech), and platforms

• Assisting clients with queries related to mutual fund investments

• Preparing reports, statements, and portfolio reviews

• Ensuring proper documentation and compliance (KYC, FATCA, etc.)

• Maintaining accurate data in CRM/software systems

• Supporting advisors in client servicing and operations

Eligibility Criteria

For Freshers:

• Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration preferred

• Basic understanding of financial products (mutual funds preferred)

For Experienced Candidates:

• 1–3 years of experience in mutual fund or financial services industry

• Hands-on experience with transactions and client servicing

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of computer operations (MS Excel, Word, Email handling)

• Ability to work on financial platforms / software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial concepts

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Knowledge of CAMS, KFintech, MF Utility, or other platforms

• NISM Certification (Mutual Fund Distributor Module)

• Experience in CRM tools
