Mobile Salesman – Job Description

A Mobile Salesman is responsible for selling mobile phones, smartphones, accessories, and related products to customers. The role involves explaining product features, recommending suitable devices, achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their mobile phone requirements.

• Explain mobile phone features, specifications, prices, and offers.

• Demonstrate smartphones and recommend suitable products.

• Sell mobile phones, chargers, earphones, covers, and other accessories.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service.

• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is organized.

• Check stock availability and coordinate with inventory staff.

• Process bills, payments, and sales invoices.

• Inform customers about exchange offers, warranties, and EMI options.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Knowledge of smartphones, mobile brands, and accessories.

• Sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to meet sales targets.

• Basic computer and billing knowledge.
