Title Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate is responsible for product management that includes product promotion, overall sales and managing customers in his assigned region. Develops and Maintains relationship with all the key Opinion leaders/ users.
Illustrative Responsibilities
· Responsible for Sales no’s and contributes in overall sales.
· End to End responsibility of product demonstration support during the training programs, interaction with the trainees for query resolution on systems, developing relationship with the proctors and team for smooth execution of the programs
· Responsible for accounts receivables and all sales hygiene parametres.
· HCP/KOL management
· Coordination with logistic team for equipment movement and traceability.
· Developing good relations with users/clinicians
· Follow up of all leads generated through conferences/workshop etc.
· Map all key hospitals in region and plan as per potential. Have to do extensive field work to achieve objectives.
· Maintain good health of demo inventory and allied items.
· End to end support to assigned HCP’s, managing expectations in line with organizational policies
· Application support for focussed HCP oriented initiatives, marketing activities, events and conferences
· Liaison and networking with key stake holders internally and externally to strengthen marketing propositions
· Development of brochures, standee, booth designs and other marketing collaterals for marketing communication for the strategic initiatives, campaigns and activities
Minimum requirements : -
Education Qualification:
· MBA Marketing/B. Tech (Biomedical/ Biotechnology ) with MBA preferably
· Candidate’s preference – Delhi based
· Preference for Male Candidates
Experience Required :
· 5-6 years of experience in Sales and marketing/product management roles
