Job Responsibilities

Doctor Engagement

• Meet 10 doctors daily to promote company products and generate prescriptions.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors.

• Collect market feedback and competitor information.

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.

• Generate productive calls with existing and new doctors.

• Develop business in the assigned territory and increase market coverage.

• Maintain minimum performance standards as per company guidelines.

Field Work & Planning

• Follow 8-hour official working hours.

• Work according to assigned HQ, Ex-HQ, and night halt plans.

• Plan daily field activities effectively to maximize productivity.

Promotional Activities

• Conduct medical camps, CMEs, doctor meetings, and branding activities as per company SOP.

• Support promotional campaigns to improve product visibility.

Reporting & Documentation

• Update daily call reports and activities in CRM.

• Submit expense statements, tour reports, and feedback on time.

• Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions and sales activities.

Meetings & Coordination

• Attend official meetings and training programs.

• Coordinate with doctors, distributors, stockists, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
