Brand Growth Manager or Marketing Manager
We're looking for someone who can help build the Pinnacle brand into the most respected name in recognition.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You'll work closely with the founder to transform ideas into powerful brand experiences across every touchpoint. From thought leadership and storytelling to exhibitions, digital presence, customer stories, AI discoverability, and sales enablement, you'll ensure our brand is consistently represented with creativity, clarity, and excellence.
The ideal candidate or team mate enjoys turning conversations into campaigns, ideas into content, and strategy into execution. They are highly organized, comfortable using AI tools, and equally excited about writing a great customer story, launching a website page, coordinating a photoshoot, or creating a memorable exhibition experience.
Success in this role means helping Pinnacle become the brand people think of first when they think about meaningful recognition.
Exp: 4-6 Years
Days- 6 days a week
Location- Pinnacle Hub- DLF phase
Position 1
Salary- 35k to 45k
Skills- curious, good written and oral communication,
