About Us

We are a manufacturer of water treatment machinery and systems — RO plants, water softeners, DM plants, ETP/STP systems, filtration units and allied equipment — serving industrial, commercial and institutional customers.

Job Purpose

To generate and convert enquiries into orders through telemarketing, portal lead handling and consistent follow-up, and to build a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects for our water treatment equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Telemarketing

• Monitor and respond to enquiries received on IndiaMART, TradeIndia and JustDial on a daily basis, with response within the same working day

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective industrial, commercial and institutional buyers from purchased and self-built databases

• Qualify leads by understanding water source, application, capacity requirement (LPH), water quality parameters and budget

• Maintain and update the lead register / CRM with call outcomes, requirements and next action dates

Quotation & Sales Support

• Coordinate with the technical and design team to prepare accurate quotations and technical proposals

• Share product catalogues, specifications and company credentials with prospects over email and WhatsApp

• Explain product features, technical advantages and commercial terms to customers

Follow-up & Closure

• Carry out structured follow-up on all open quotations until order confirmation or formal closure

• Negotiate on price and terms within approved limits and escalate where required

• Coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams for order processing, advance payments and delivery updates

Reporting & Portal Management

• Maintain daily call reports and submit weekly enquiry-to-order conversion reports

• Keep product listings, photographs, specifications and pricing updated on all three portals.
