Marketing Representative

Intellect Academia is looking for a Marketing Representative to join our growing team in Kolkata. This role involves handling customer support calls, resolving queries, and supporting sales through digital marketing activities related to academic writing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Meet sales and performance targets

• Execute digital marketing to boost brand visibility and sales

• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate 

• Skills: Computer knowledge, calling, query handling (voice & chat), digital marketing, social media marketing, and basic analytics

• Good command of English and other regional indian languages (Hindi, & Bengali preferred)

• Willingness to work 6 days a week (day shift)

Salary & Benefits

• In-hand salary: ₹10,000 – ₹11,000 per month

• 4% incentive on individual sales

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Location: Dumdum, Kolkata (office-based)

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
