Marketing Head We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across digital and offline marketing, team handling, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and communication across channels Manage social media, content marketing, SEO, and email campaigns Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams for integrated campaigns Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven decisions Lead and mentor marketing executives, interns, and agencies Conduct market research and competitor analysis Ensure consistent brand presence across all platforms Required Skills Qualifications Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Strong understanding of digital marketing channels Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills Experience in team handling and stakeholder management Preferred Skills Experience in startup or high-growth environment Exposure to offline marketing / ATL / BTL campaigns Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Lead generation conversion rates Campaign ROI CAC Brand awareness engagement metrics Revenue contribution
