We are looking for a Marketing Field Executive to join our team at at Eyespan Lifesciences (opc) Private Limited. The role requires meeting a set of Doctors at an agreed upon frequency, building long-lasting client relationships, and generating prescriptions and sales of eye drops/ Tablets. The ideal candidate should have a two wheeler and have a passion for sales, good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Approach potential Opthalmologists to generate prescriptios and drive sales growth.
Present and promote products to prospective customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing Drs and motivate them to repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
