Requirement for Business domain Corporate Gifting,marketing solutions & staffing

Post :Business domain Corporate Gifting,marketing solutions & staffing

Location :sector 14,Gurgaon,

salary -30k to 75k,

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. We have 3 positions mentioned below as we are into three business domain Corporate Gifting,marketing solutions & staffing

   1) BDM-Staffing

   2) BDM Gorporate Gifiting 

   3) BDM Marketing & Events 

   We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow our   business within India . This role will focus on new client acquisition,  and building a sustainable revenue pipeline 

    .

   Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development Sales (India)

   • Identify and acquire clients across India

   • Own the end to end sales cycle : prospecting discovery proposal negotiation closure

   • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

   2. Client Engagement

   • Engage with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Procurement, and Business Leaders,marketing managers & purchase team

   3. Pipeline Reporting

   • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

   • Track leads, conversions, and closures using CRM or internal trackers

   • Provide regular updates on pipeline

   Required Skills Experience Must Have

   • 2-8 years of experience in Staffing / Temporary Staffing/Marketing promotions

   • Strong experience in new client acquisition

   • Exposure to  staffing/manpower hiring/ marketing Solutions 

   • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills

   Good to Have

   • Existing network of HR / TA/Top Management ,Purchase,Marketing team contacts in India
