Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients from provided data or self-generated
Introduce company services and explain value propositions clearly
Identify decision-makers and qualify leads
Schedule meetings or appointments for the HR / EHS team
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel
Follow up with interested prospects via calls, emails, or messages
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
