Management Trainee- Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Generate new business opportunities for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.

• Identify and acquire prospective customers through direct sourcing, referrals, channel partners, and market networking.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, and business associates.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the organization.

Customer Relationship Management

• Understand customer financing requirements and recommend suitable LAP solutions.

• Ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to loan disbursement.

• Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Market Intelligence

• Conduct market surveys to identify potential business opportunities.

• Monitor competitor activities, products, and pricing trends.

• Provide feedback to management regarding market dynamics and customer needs.

Process & Compliance

• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for loan processing.

• Ensure complete documentation and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly.

Learning & Development

• Participate actively in training programs related to sales, lending products, risk assessment, and customer engagement.

• Demonstrate leadership potential and readiness for future managerial responsibilities.
