Position: Machine Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Maintain customer records, sales data, and order status reports.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP/CRM software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidates:
The candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in Engineering Machinery Sales.
