Loan Sales Team Leader

Job Title: Team Leader – Micro Loan Sales

Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
Gender: Male / Female
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Working: 6 Days a Week

Candidate Requirements:-

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Loan Sales / Micro Loan Sales.

• Strong preference for candidates with Microfinance / Micro Loan / NBFC experience.

• Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience preferred.

• Proven track record of achieving sales and disbursement targets.

• Strong knowledge of customer acquisition and field sales.

• Good communication, leadership and team-management skills.

• Candidates should have a stable employment history.

• Employment gap of more than 2 months is not acceptable.

• Male and Female candidates can apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Lead and manage a team of Micro Loan Sales Executives.

• Set daily, weekly and monthly sales and disbursement targets for the team.

• Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets.

• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through field sales activities.

• Guide team members in customer sourcing, loan pitching and application processing.

• Monitor the complete loan sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.

• Conduct regular field visits and support team members in closing important cases.

• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams for smooth application processing.

• Track daily productivity, conversions, approvals and disbursements.

• Identify performance gaps and provide regular coaching and on-ground support.

• Maintain team MIS and submit daily/weekly performance reports to management.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC requirements and lending processes.

• Build strong relationships with customers and local market/channel partners.

• Take responsibility for achieving the team's overall monthly business targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile.

Candidates from Microfinance / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services backgrounds with experience in:

Micro Loan Sales | Microfinance | Loan Sales | Field Sales | Relationship Management | Team Handling | Business Development

Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
