🔥 L&T Finance Hiring – FLO (Field Loan Officer) | West Bengal Zone

We are hiring dynamic and hardworking candidates for the position of Field Loan Officer (FLO) in the West Bengal Zone.

📌 Job Role:

➡️ Field visits for Group Loan Processing

➡️ EMI Collection from customers

➡️ Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring timely collections

📍 Job Locations:

📌 Midnapur : Contai, Midnapore, Mecheda, Satmail, CK Road, Debra, Egra

📌 Hooghly : Baidyabati, Zirat, Mashat, Pandua, Pursurah, Jangipara

📌 Birbhum: Dubrajpur, Kirnahar, Murarai, Ahmedpur

📌 Burdwan : Burdwan, Satgachia, Guskara, Bolgona

📌 Kolkata Region : Halisahar, Kholapota, Madhyamgram

📌 Murshidabad : Palashi, Jiaganj

➡️ Candidates may be placed within 50–70 km from their home location

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

🔹 Qualification : 12th Pass (HS) / Graduate

🔹 Age : 20 to 32 years

🔹 Must have Bike & Driving License (Learner License also accepted)

🔹Willingness to stay near branch location

🔹 Female candidates will be given local posting

💰 Salary & Benefits:

HS Pass: ₹13,800 NTH + PF + ESIC + Fuel Allowance

Graduate: ₹14,500 NTH + PF + ESIC + Fuel Allowance

Experienced Candidates: ₹1,000 extra hike in salary (NTH)
