Job Role

We are hiring Loan Sales Executives for our client, Poonawalla Fincorp. The role involves contacting customers who have already applied for loans or are active leads, explaining loan products, assisting them throughout the application process, and ensuring successful loan sanction and disbursal. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and convincing skills and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have already applied for loans or are active leads.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.

• Guide customers through the loan application and documentation process.

• Follow up with customers until loan approval and disbursal.

• Convert leads into successful loan sales by addressing customer queries and objections.

• Achieve monthly sales and loan sanction targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Ensure timely submission of required documents and completion of the loan process.

• Adhere to company policies and maintain high service standards.

Eligibility

• Qualification: PUC (12th Pass) or Graduate

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

• Cold calling or telecalling experience is an added advantage.
