• Acquire new customers for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), through direct sales, channel partners, and references.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly).
• Generate leads through cold calls, open market activities, builders, real estate agents, and financial consultants.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and builders to ensure business growth.
• Conduct preliminary eligibility checks, document collection, and basic credit assessment before submission to the credit team.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, approval, and disbursement.
• Provide post-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management for product/strategy improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation norms.
