Identify and generate leads for Personal Loans, Overdrafts, and Balance Transfer products through various channels (cold calling, references, digital leads, etc.).
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable financial products based on eligibility and need.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan application processing, documentation, and approvals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Keep updated on loan products, interest rates, and competitor offerings in the market.
Ensure all customer documents are verified and complete before submission.
Follow up with customers and credit teams for timely loan disbursement.
Adhere to company policies, compliance norms, and quality standards.
