Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Performance Management: Supervise and mentor Relationship Managers, Telecallers, and BDEs through daily review meetings, performance tracking, and continuous skill development.

• Target & Revenue Achievement: Drive team business targets and personal quotas across Business Loans, MSME Loans, CC Limits, LAP, Home Loans, and Project Finance.

• Territory & Market Expansion: Allocate territories, design DSA visit schedules, and identify high-potential business hubs and industrial zones for market penetration.

• Sales Execution & Joint Fieldwork: Accompany RMs on key DSA and high-value client meetings to handle customer objections and accelerate deal closures.

• Channel & DSA Development: Build, onboard, and manage a robust Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network, referral partners, and strategic alliances.

• Cross-Functional Operations: Coordinate closely with Credit, Operations, and Management teams to streamline loan processing, sanctions, and disbarments.

• Pipeline & Conversion Tracking: Monitor daily MIS reports, lead conversion funnels, and pipeline metrics (Lead-to-Login and Login-to-Sanction ratios).

• Training & Compliance: Conduct regular training on banking processes, lending products, and sales objection handling while ensuring high standards of customer service.

• Reporting: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reviews and business forecasts to senior management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Financial Metrics: Team Business Volume, Total Revenue Generated, and % Target Achievement.

• Pipeline Efficiency: Lead-to-Login Conversion Ratio and Login-to-Sanction Ratio.

• Channel Growth: Number of active DSAs onboarded and total partner-sourced business volume.

• Team Productivity: Per-member sales output, retention rate, and training completion milestones.

• Personal Contribution: Individual DSA meetings, direct client closures, and self-target fulfillment.
