About ATG Studio

ATG Studio is a professional content creation and podcast studio in Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi, providing ready-to-shoot setups for podcasts, interviews, reels, YouTube videos, product shoots, and other content requirements.

We are looking for a Lead Sales Executive who can handle incoming leads, communicate with potential customers, follow up consistently, and convert enquiries into confirmed studio bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and respond to leads generated through Meta Ads, Instagram, WhatsApp and other channels.

• Understand the customer's requirement, including:

  • Shoot type

  • Preferred date

  • Number of hours required

  • Number of people

  • Package requirement

  • Budget

• Explain ATG Studio's packages, facilities, pricing and booking process.

• Follow up with leads who are interested but have not yet confirmed.

• Handle common customer questions regarding pricing, studio setup, equipment and availability.

• Share studio photos/videos, packages and other relevant information with leads.

• Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.

• Convert qualified leads into paid studio bookings.

• Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up records.

• Coordinate with the studio team regarding confirmed bookings.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales/conversion targets.

• Re-engage old and missed leads to generate additional bookings.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle objections such as "price is high", "I'll think about it", "I'll confirm later", etc.

• Strong follow-up skills.

• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on conversion.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Sheets/CRM.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

• Service-based Sales

Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills can also apply.

Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be responsible for the complete lead-to-booking process:

New Lead → Call → Requirement Understanding → Package Explanation → Follow-Up → Booking Confirmation → Payment

The primary KPI will be qualified leads converted into paid studio bookings, not just the number of calls made.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹21,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Additional incentives can be provided based on the number/value of successful studio bookings.
