Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Qualification Specialist to join our real estate team. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and engage with potential leads via calls, messages, or emails

• Understand customer requirements and assess their interest in real estate properties

• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria

• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions

• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and site visits

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (not mandatory)

• Ability to handle calls and customer queries confidently

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)

• Willingness to learn and grow
