Location: Bhandup, Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: Prior experience in Real Estate is mandatory
Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients interested in commercial real estate opportunities.
Generate qualified leads through calling, databases, referrals, digital platforms and other available sources.
Understand client requirements, including investment budget, preferred location and commercial property needs.
Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients on a regular basis.
Schedule meetings and site visits for the Sales/Business Development team.
Maintain and update lead details, follow-up status and client interactions in the CRM or assigned database.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely conversion and closure of qualified leads.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
Stay updated with ongoing and upcoming commercial real estate projects in the market.
Key Skills: Excellent communication and convincing skills, strong follow-up ability, client handling, lead generation and basic understanding of the commercial real estate market.
