Key Responsibilities
Research & Prospecting: Identify potential leads using online channels, databases, and digital platforms.
Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, social media, and other channels to qualify leads and nurture relationships.
Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure they meet the company’s criteria for high-quality prospects.
Campaign Execution: Plan, schedule, and execute lead generation campaigns, monitor progress, and optimize strategies for better conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align strategies and ensure seamless lead handover.
Reporting & Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience in lead generation or sales-related roles.
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
Min 1 year and Max 3 years experience
Should have generated at least 10000 leads in the last 1 year
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working to targets under pressure.
