Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Market Research & Lead Generation
Executive to support our business development efforts across GCC markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia,
Oman, Qatar, etc.).
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in
B2B market research, lead generation, and CRM operations.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research
● Research companies and industries across GCC regions
● Assist in defining and updating Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
● Identify and build target account lists aligned with company offerings
Lead Generation
● Generate B2B leads using tools such as Lusha, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
● Identify decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders
● Collect and validate accurate contact details
● Support outbound campaigns with segmented and verified lead lists
CRM Management (Zoho CRM)
● Upload leads into Zoho CRM with complete and accurate information
● Maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
Coordination & Reporting
● Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation goals
● Share weekly updates on lead volume and data quality
● Improve lead quality and targeting based on feedback and guidance
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience (0–1 year preferred)
● Basic understanding of market research
● Familiarity with tools like Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn, or willingness to learn
● Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho CRM is a plus)
● Strong attention to detail and good internet research skills
Educational Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, IT,
or a related field
● Final-year students or recent graduates are welcome to apply
● Relevant courses, certifications, or internships in market research, sales, marketing, or
business development will be an added advantage
