Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our real estate firm (Techberry Infotech Pvt Ltd. Sister Concern-PROPBOOK) in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels including online platforms, social media, cold calling, and references

• Identify and qualify potential customers interested in residential/commercial real estate

• Maintain and update lead database and CRM systems regularly

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-ups

• Conduct initial client interactions to understand requirements and budget

• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team

• Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in real estate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of the real estate market

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
