Key Responsibilities – Lead Generation Executive

• Identify and generate new business leads through online portals, LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, and social media.

• Research target companies and decision-makers for business opportunities.

• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records regularly.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements.

• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.

• Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

• Generate leads for IT products, software solutions, laptops, servers, networking, and cloud services.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and promotions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

• Prepare lead reports and sales pipeline updates for management.

• Build strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM, and lead generation tools

• Basic understanding of B2B sales process

• Email drafting and cold calling skills

• MS Excel and reporting knowledge

• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach

Preferred Qualification

• MBA / Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
