We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, explaining our financial products/services, and assisting interested customers with the next steps.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.

• Explain basic information about Demat accounts, trading and investment services in a simple manner.

• Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.

• Maintain and update lead information in the company's records.

• Coordinate with the team for lead conversion and account opening.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead-generation targets.

• Build positive relationships with prospective customers.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Basic knowledge of sales/telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers can apply.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.

• Target-oriented and willing to learn.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
