Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, Google, and other online platforms

• Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, follow-ups, messaging)

• Build and maintain a database of prospects

• Conduct initial outreach via calls, emails, or LinkedIn

• Qualify leads based on defined criteria

• Schedule meetings for the sales team

• Maintain lead tracker and update CRM/Excel sheets

• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships

• Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in lead generation / sales support (Freshers can apply)

• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and online research

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Confidence in calling and messaging prospects

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Target-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools

• Basic understanding of B2B/B2C sales

• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills

• Ability to handle objections
