Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Pre-Sales Specialist to generate and qualify business leads across our group companies and different business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research companies, industries and decision makers to build targeted lead databases.

• Generate leads through Google, LinkedIn, business directories and other sources.

• Run email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups.

• Make outbound calls and speak with prospects.

• Understand basic customer requirements and qualify leads.

• Conduct first-level pre-sales and identify genuine business opportunities.

• Pass qualified leads and complete information to the Sales team.

• Maintain leads, conversations and follow-ups in the CRM.

• Track campaign and lead-generation performance.

What We Are Looking For

• Good internet research and data-mining skills.

• Confident with outbound calling and speaking to businesses.

• Good English communication and professional email/WhatsApp writing.

• Experience with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets and email/WhatsApp campaigns.

• Ability to identify decision makers and understand basic business requirements.

• Target-oriented, organised and persistent.

• Experience in B2B lead generation, sales, pre-sales or business development is preferred.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a target market, find the right prospects, reach out to them, qualify them and create genuine opportunities for the Sales team.
