Job Description

We are looking for a US Recruitment Lead Generation Executive whose primary responsibility will be to source and identify candidate leads from LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other online platforms.

The candidate will focus only on lead generation and data sourcing. No calling or candidate interaction will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Source OPT, CPT, H1B and other US job-seeking candidate leads.

• Find relevant candidate profiles through LinkedIn, job portals and other online platforms.

• Collect accurate candidate information as per company requirements.

• Build and maintain a quality candidate database.

• Ensure the sourced leads match the required skills, location and work authorization criteria.

• Maintain daily lead-generation targets and update data in CRM/Google Sheets.

• Research new platforms and methods to generate quality candidate leads.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and online candidate sourcing.

• Basic understanding of US recruitment and OPT/CPT/H1B candidates is preferred.

• Good internet research and data-mining skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work with daily targets.

• Basic computer and MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

• Good communication skills are preferred, but calling is not part of the role.
