Job Role – Point Wise Responsibilities:
Recruit potential Insurance Advisors/Agents.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets.
Ensure licensing and activation of advisors.
Train advisors on products, sales process, and compliance.
Conduct joint field work to support advisors in closing sales.
Drive business targets (Premium & Policy count).
Monitor advisor productivity and performance.
Motivate and retain active advisors.
Maintain daily activity reports and MIS.
Ensure adherence to company and IRDAI guidelines.
Candidate profiles :
Age : 23 to 38
Minimum 1 year any field sales experiance.
Fresher can't apply
Graducation must be required.
