• Identify and generate new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Pitch products/services and convert leads into sales.

• Conduct cold calling and follow up with prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain sales records and update CRM regularly.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Graduate (10+2+3) with a minimum of 1 year of experience OR MBA Fresher.

• Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi.

• Versant Level: 4.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

• Computer knowledge and cold-calling experience are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

For MBA Freshers

• CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month

• Take-Home Salary: ₹20,000 per month

For Experienced Candidates

• CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month

• Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Apprenticeship Stipend

• Freshers: ₹22,500 per month

• Experienced: ₹27,000 per month

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week

• Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

• Shift Timings: Rotational Shift between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM (9-hour shift)
