We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Relationship Manager to join our team. This is a non-sales role focused entirely on building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers through regular phone interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers over phone calls.

Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

Understand customer requirements and address their queries professionally.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Strengthen customer engagement and enhance the overall customer experience.

Represent the company in a courteous, positive, and professional manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Pleasant telephone etiquette and active listening ability.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM is a plus)

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
