Job Opportunity: Sales / Key Account Executive
Experience: 1–5 years in B2B sales; Freshers can also apply
Preferred Industry: Power backup, electrical equipment, or IT hardware
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads from IndiaMART, Sulekha, referrals, and direct visits.
Promote UPS systems, inverters, batteries, stabilizers, rental services, AMC contracts, and buyback offers to hospitals, IT firms, factories, and hotels.
Visit client sites, assess power load requirements, and prepare quotations in coordination with the technical team.
Handle tenders, negotiate commercial terms, and obtain purchase orders.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection.
Update all leads and customer interactions in the CRM system daily.
Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers and purchase managers to generate repeat business.
Requirements
Basic technical understanding of KVA ratings, backup time, and battery sizing.
Good communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with CRM tools.
Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
Performance Metrics
Number of qualified leads converted into customers.
Achievement of monthly sales and payment collection targets.
Number of AMC contracts signed.
