Key Responsibilities:
Handle inside sales activities including lead follow-ups and customer communication
Prepare and share quotations / offers as per customer requirements
Ensure timely payment follow-ups with clients
Coordinate with CSD (Customer Service Department) and production team for order status and dispatch planning
Maintain and update customer data in SAP / Salesforce systems
Track orders from inquiry to delivery and ensure smooth execution
Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints effectively
Generate sales reports and maintain proper documentation
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of SAP / Salesforce (preferred)
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
