About the Role

Edhas Biofuel Refinery Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to support sales and business development activities for Ethanol and DDGS (Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles). This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the rapidly growing Biofuel and Agri-Commodity Industry.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Sales & Market Development

Support sales initiatives for Ethanol and DDGS products.

Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.

Track industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing information.

🔹 Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

Connect with OMCs, distilleries, feed manufacturers, traders, and bulk buyers.

Generate and follow up on leads and business inquiries.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

🔹 Sales Coordination

Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing sheets.

Coordinate with internal teams for contracts and documentation.

Assist in negotiations and customer communications.

🔹 Order Management & Logistics Coordination

Monitor order processing, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with plant and logistics teams for seamless execution.

Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and delivery-related concerns.

🔹 Payment & Reporting

Support invoicing and receivables follow-up.

Maintain sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports.

Track sales performance and provide regular business updates.

🔹 Regulatory & Compliance Support

Develop knowledge of GST, Ethanol Blending Program (EBP), and feed regulations.

Assist in documentation for government tenders and supply contracts.

Required Skills

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Office tools

✅ Interest in Biofuels, Ethanol, DDGS, and Agri-Commodity markets

✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits

✅ Team player with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset
