Job Title: Business Development ExecutiveJob Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive with 1 to 3 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and business growth, eager to learn, and willing to contribute to our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

  • Support senior sales team members in closing deals and achieving sales targets.

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business opportunities.

  • Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to enhance overall business performance.

  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ready to Do Filed sales as required.
