Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative at Shivaami, you will be the first point of contact for
potential customers, responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales
opportunities primarily through phone, email communication and other social media. You will
work closely with the sales teams to understand customer needs and promote our offerings. The
role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a
target-driven environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving revenue goals and
xpandingS customer base.
Experience
Fresher to ~2 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
Education
HSC and Graduation is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
● Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
● Understand customer needs and requirements.
● Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development
and closure.
● Research accounts, identify key players and generate meetings
● Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
Required Skills & Attributes
● Strong communication (both email & phone) and interpersonal skills.
● Comfortable with outbound prospecting (cold‑calls, cold‑emails).
● Able to generate their own data through data mining. Good at research: finding leads,
mapping org structures, target accounts.
● Eagerness to learn technical & product details and features of the product they are
expected to position (cloud solutions, Google Workspace, etc.).
● Ability to understand customer pain points & articulate value propositions.
● Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
● Basic computer skills: proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office. Experience
using CRM tools.
