TeleSales Executive – Kaizens Clan (IT & Digital Services)

About the Role:

We are hiring TeleSales Executives for Kaizens Clan. Your job will be to call potential clients, explain our digital services, understand their requirements, and convert them into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential leads

Explain Kaizens Clan’s services including:

Website Development

Digital Marketing

Social Media Management

SEO Services

Branding & Graphic Designing

Lead Generation & Business Growth Services

Understand customer needs and offer suitable services

Follow up with interested clients

Achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain daily records and update lead sheets/CRM

Salary Structure:

Performance-based salary (No fixed salary)

Monthly salary depends on achieving sales targets

Example:

Complete ₹50,000 sales target → Earn ₹10,000

Higher the sales, higher the earning potential

Additional incentives for over-achievement

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Sales/Telecalling experience preferred (not mandatory)

Ability to handle customers confidently

Goal-oriented and motivated
