Role and responsibility
Develop and implement short sales strategies and tactics in the B2B/B2C domain to meet sales targets.
Identify and sell the product by generating own leads from scratch in B2B/B2C.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and business growth.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and developments in the health domain to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree would be a plus.
Proven experience of at least 1 years as a Sales executive, preferably in the B2B domain with a focus on short sales.
Strong understanding of the IT/Software industry, including knowledge of software products, services, and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Knowledge of ethical guidelines and compliance standards related to sales activities in the healthcare industry.
