We are looking for a proactive IT Sales Associate – B2B to drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in IT/software sales, strong communication skills in Hindi and English, and be comfortable attending client meetings and travelling as required.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads through various sales channels.
Identify potential clients and convert prospects into business opportunities.
Drive client acquisition and achieve assigned sales targets.
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT/software solutions.
Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up until closure.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Travel for client meetings and business development activities as required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, meetings, and sales activities.
2+ years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / B2B Sales.
