IOT Sales & Service Executive

Sales Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.

• Meet customers and understand their requirements.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender-related documents.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

Service Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and service requests promptly.

• Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

• Ensure timely closure of service calls.

• Maintain service records and customer feedback reports.

• Support AMC/service contract renewals.

• Coordinate with technical teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer handling ability.

• Basic technical understanding of products/services.

• Ability to work under pressure and travel when required.

• Team coordination and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

• Diploma/B.Tech/Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in sales and/or service operations preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in automotive, ATS, automation, industrial equipment, or technical service industries will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
